Word 2013 is not equipped with a converter for Works version 4.5. You need the correct filter in order to open these files. The old filter is linked from the downloads page of my web site.
Also on my web site you will find a batch conversion add-in for Word- (but it will need the filter installed in order to work with your older documents).Other possibilities are FileMerlin, which works OK with the old formats and installing Word version 9, which will both open the files and works in Windows 10.
